A creature can choose to drink it and begin to sweat which in effect becomes toxic for the next hour. While you are under the effects of this potion, you gain immunity to poison damage. The sweat acts as a contact poison that hurt any creature that touches the creature, they must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, take 1d8 poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute on a failure or only take 1d8 poison damage on a success.
The effect can be removed early by kissing a toad some claim.
