Bloodaxe of Returning

Weapon (greataxe), very rare (requires attunement)

This magic axe is forged from a dark, rust-colored metal. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this axe, and it deals an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to creatures that aren't constructs or undead. Additionally, it has a thrown range of 20/40 feet and returns to your hand immediately after it is used to make a ranged attack. If you reduce a creature that is not a construct or undead to 0 hit points with an attack using this axe, you gain 10 temporary hit points. These temporary hit points last for 1 hour, until depleted, or after a short rest.

Greataxe

Melee weapon (martial, greataxe)

Damage: 1d12
Damage Type: Slashing
Weight: 7 lb.
Properties: Heavy, Two-Handed

Heavy. Small creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls with heavy weapons. A heavy weapon's size and bulk make it too large for a Small creature to use effectively.

Two-Handed. This weapon requires two hands when you attack with it.
