TockTick is the most *fortunate and fantastic* fellow in the West Village (or any of the Villages), with his unique physique and endowments. Clearly destined to stand at the peak of the people, he’s the cock of the walk, but always looks out for his wonderful (if less fortunate) brothers and sisters. TockTick spends most of his team patrolling the village and surrounding area, keeping an eye out for danger or trouble to save his adoring public from, and in particular his bestest buddy Hans. Hans is the only one that *really* understands TockTick and his specialness - after all, even if being overly modest, who do you think inspired Hans’ fascination with mechanisms in the first place?
