When the water shrine collapsed into the ground the West Village lost the blessing of water that once flowed through their homes. The council has called for the rationing of water which has caused additional tension. but the reserves will go so far. Rose, a member of the council, seeks to brave the dangers of the scrub in search of a new water source.
