Khalan Lloyd

When Khalan came to Truetopia from Terra he was a light brown skin man in his late twenties. After the Jenkins pod was formed, he became one of the former OSR that translation to West Village was accompanied by a change to his physical form to a 4' 6" frog person. Despite his more diminutive form, he acquired a quirk that increased his strength well beyond his original form and many of the natural advantages of a true frog.
