The leader of the Thundertree dragon cultists is an evil and ambitious young man named Favric, who hopes to rise through the ranks quickly by earning the allegiance of the green dragon.
He enjoyed a short, but passionless tryst with Portia, before betraying the party the next day, offering them up as tribute to the dragon. He was killed in a single poison breath, along with all the other cultists.
