Assisted displaced Drow followers of the (Chaotic Good gooddess) Eilistraee (beauty, song, dance, swordwork and hunting) after an avatar of the goddess appeared near Waterdeep's walls in 1491 DR. The followers sought fair treatment in the City of Splendors and support for building a shrine as a destination for those of their faith making a pilgrimage to the city.
