Ularan Mortus

Ever-reborn within the Uthtower of the Mere of Dead Men, the undead archpriest of the Church of Myrkul - it is rumored Ularan knew Myrkul in life and has been tied to a source of undeath within the swamp itself - a Swamp Mummy Lord (an unknown vulnerability must have replaced his swamp-born resistance to fire!)  Sometimes confused with Iniarv, the Lich and Ularan seem to share no common aims - and have even confounded the other. 

Has been closely tied to Ebondeath - a tricky relationship where each sees the other as a potential powerful servant.
