This ancient artifact was a gift from Tiamat, made from the horn of one of her mates, an ancient Unknown named Ephelomon. She gave it to Faerûn's Unknowns to help them in their war against the giants in the distant past. The item is nearly the size of a horse, and is used as a signaling device to dragons. Its sound is discomforting to normal animals.
