Once a low ranking officer but slowly climbed through the ranks til he became chief. Adam's been on the force 15 years and has known no peace since becoming an officer. He's cleaned up corruption in the force incredibly well and does his best to avoid trouble. Most people know him as Fox from when he went undercover as a sex worker to solve a string of murders.
Adam himself is considered to be an incredibly well respected individual, especially due to his love and support for the marginalized within the city. However no amount of work he does has actually cleaned up the city nor has it cleaned the police force.
