A tea shop and cafe within the arts district not too far from Club Confession. Owned by Curio, a mysterious man who's been described as 'Attractive like how a college professor is, unobtainable'. The cafe's popularity seems to be heavily boosted by how people keep taking pictures of Curio. Curio himself is not the only employee but he's there incredibly often, and he enjoys his work a lot.
The shop hosts a wide variety of teas, including incredibly rare or expensive kinds at fairly cheap prices. This has caused some people to claim that the shop is a front for crime. It does not help Curio's documents suggest that he immigrated a few years ago.
