A jazz club and bar owned by a mysterious figure, whom frequently sponsors the main singer named Ostia.
The club is frequented by various weirdos within the city who need somewhere to drink away their sorrows to nice warm music or enjoy privacy as they make underhanded deals. The club has two bars, one upstairs and one downstairs. The main bartender on the bottom floor is Whittaker, a tall man who always wears running prosthetics paired with his work suit.
The main singer is Ostia "Ozzie" Peyroux.
When Ostia is unable to sing, she is frequently replaced by the drag queen Rubi Ginosa (who usually performs at The Rose Room).
