Twoshire was founded on a major battle site. Once called Chubridge, Twoshire known for its strong drink and its heavy-handed guards. The guards enforce curfew at dark and the penalty for all crime is life imprisonment or death. There is no judge or jury, no council. The guards will hassle the party because they are not elf or human, and will be very easily pushed into physical altercation. Note: This is NOT Wraths effect. This is the way the ruler keeps “peace” in the town. The ruler (Elama Teinithra, Female Elf) is illegitimate, and Town is on the verge of civil war. Elama Teinithra’s father took over Chubridge, Ellisar Teinithra was the Lord’s hand at the time, and when the Human Lord Gelm Mursk became ill, Ellisar organized a Coup and took over while the leadership was weak. Ellisar forced Lord Mursk to sign Lordship over the town to The Teinithra family. Elama Teinithra insists that her family should remain in charge because under the her, the town thrives and the people are happy.
Defenses: The town is surrounded by simple wood and earth walls. 35 trained warriors serve in the town's defense, and a militia of 603 can be mustered in case of attack. The guard captain is Elama's sister, Shanairla Teinithra, Female Elf.
