Oblitus Mundi b (The forgotten world) is a former version of Proxima Centauri b, the closest planet to The Sun.

History: 

Oblitus b was once Proxima Centauri b. Proxima b is one of two planets that orbit Proxima Centauri. Humans first landed on Proxima b in 2196, sparking an age of interplanetary travel. This was achieved by the discovery of Alcubierre warp drive, also known as FTL (Faster-Than-Light), and just warp drive, which is the idea of bending (Or warping) space and time in front of and behind the spacecraft in order to speed it up to speeds faster than light! 

When the first humans landed on Proxima b, they planted a flag for UH and took pictures of the alien landscape. They created a base of operations and a lab for testing. After the unification of humanity in the United Humanity organization, humans start to put more interest into Proxima B. While on Proxima b, the humans began to build places to live. Proxima b was tidally locked, one side was very hot, while the other was freezing. Humans started to create large cities in the spots between the two sides. Soon, after humans had recreated large societies, a volcanic eruption occurs on Proxima b, and all life was destroyed. 

After many more years, Proxima b was rejected from its solar system from an unknown cause and became a freezing rogue planet. Soon, the old forgotten Proxima Centauri b entered a very young solar system, and began to orbit a red dwarf in the habitable zone, but not tidaly locked. It collided with a giant ice moon, leaving all the water on Proxima b, which was now called Oblitus Centauri. The changed planet had two moons now, and four major continents.
