A great forest that exists in a demiplane somewhere (relatively) near the Feywild.
Home to strange, fey creatures and lands. Ruled by the Emerald Prince, Vetekus. His exact connection to the plane is unknown.
Time moves slower in here, so if you spend a day in the Emerald Sea over a day has passed when you return to the outside world. The exact ratio varies.
It's difficult to track as the sky is always twilight, the stars winking in and out as though they're not sure if they should be out or not.
