Large and famous roadside tavern, tightly packed tables.

Owned by Eloise

The tale of the Scorpion and the Snail is a folktale from her clan. The Scorpion was the nickname of a famed fighter, the fastest of the dwarven swordmasters.
He is said to have wielded The Scorpion's Tail (a poisonous sword) and with his speed of hand and mind, was able to defeat the well-armoured Snail. A beast of magical experimentation and the size of a bear!

Eloise claims that part of the tale is wrong and her forebearer actually saved the land from a dragon.

There is art of this battle in the bar, of both a literal snail and of a dragon. The sign however sports the scorpion creature.
