"Azul"

While her real age is unknown Azul looks like she is in her mid 30s, she is generally seen wearing a long blue dress. Her skin is in the colder and  darker side. She is an allusive type of character who frequently escapes the mind of people only to be remembered by a few, which contrast with her bar the Velvet Rose in the regard that its only remember when needed. In addition to her mysterious personality, she seems to be always missing, away out there doing something or attending an important business and leaving her business in the hands of her subordinate. 

Not much is known about her past or even future, she is never found in her bar and the times she is in attendance people seem to talk to her about trivial things or unload their sorrows but never ask about her personal life or things related to her, as if some kind of spell befouled their mind.
