The store is run by Nabulee El Jasafir who is just Xoblob in a disguise.
Location
Nabulee's Bazaar can be found in the Dock Ward (Waterdeep), about two streets further from the Old Xoblob Shop.
History
During the events of Session 17: Ectobius Rex and Session 18: Marigold. Ectobius Rex created a clone of Xoblob to steal anything of value from Nabulee's Bazaar's secret vault which only Xoblob can enter. The clone stole a Scarab of Death which ended up killing Aaron Littlehorn by accident.
