Runa Stormchant is a weathered elf of the Alfar Tribe whose silver hair is always tangled by the winds. She is the Skywatcher, keeper of omens, star-reader, and the one who warns the Jarl of storms long before clouds gather. She paints runes across her arms each morning with crushed sapphires and ash, claiming they “open the eyes of the sky.”
During festivals, she leads chants that echo into the mountains, said to calm avalanches and guide the winds. Yet, she is also known for cryptic mutterings, often dismissed as madness by younger goliaths — until her warnings prove true.
