Description
Residing in the molten halls of Emberdeep, the Embervein serve as warrior-smiths and defenders of the Duergar strongholds. They forge the volcanic steel and rune-bound arms that power Nidavellir’s armies and the Valkyries themselves. Their forges run red through the night, lighting the tunnels like veins of living fire.
To the Embervein, to fight is to forge — both acts that shape strength from raw chaos. Many of their warriors bear runed hammers rather than swords, treating battle as a continuation of their craft. Their forges are considered sacred, and their apprentices must temper a blade in their own blood before being named full smiths.
