An eccentric sorcerer who lives on the other edge of town with many tomes and a little blood magic, as a treat. He likes to be left alone, and embraces the more grotesque parts of his field of research to scare away nosy strangers (and torment the more persistent ones.)
Thoroughly rancid vibes, but he'll honor a fair deal in his own way. If he has any family or loved ones aside from his beloved zombie herons, it's impossible to tell from just talking to him. Seems to have an interest in Jagal, but it's unclear what kind of interest it is, exactly.
