A family of blacksmiths from the coastal village of Stormfall, looking for a place to set up shop that has nicer weather. They're friends of the founding family, and would have even married into it had Lucya not broken off her engagement. As it is, though, they are not particularly well liked by the other citizens of Mossgrove due to Miga's brusque nature and their secretiveness about their past.
