Description
A stumpy flowering shrub with eight-petaled blooms and short, thick leaves. Typically bears a large number of tiny red-purple berries. Native to the Flooded Lands but has been cultivated in most other regions of the Ironlands.
Interactions
Application of Skirmisher's Root while Seidrberry tea is in one's system tends to either exacerbate the latter's negative effects or cancel them out entirely. What determines the difference is unknown.
Dangers
Tea brewed from the roots, when consumed regularly for an extended period of time, often leads to wounds failing to heal, shortness of breath, unexplained large bruises, and sudden death.
Medicinal Uses
Moderate consumption of root tea is said to increase physical stamina. The typical Ironlander doesn't consider the benefits worth the risks.
Culinary Uses
The berries are edible, providing little flavor but a good crunch to some recipes.

The petals tend to curl noticeably about a day before severe weather hits the area.
