Lancetide High Town is the richest district in the city, and is home to most of Westide nobility. the guards in High Town are far more vigilant, with the poor often turned away at the gate to preserve the district’s opulent aesthetic.
As well as the many large mansions, High Town is home to some of the more academic organisations in Lancetide including the City Library and The Lucid Spire - home of the Lancetide chapter of The Arcane Institute. These are spaced out by small plazas, parks, and ornamental fountains which are meticulously maintained.
High Town is situated on the steep hill between the Castle District, with spectacular views out over the bay and out to sea.
