Goliaths are rare in Tide and mostly live in nomadic tribes in the far north, you should consult with your DM if you wish to play a goliath.
Geographical Distribution
- Lagatpulgoruz (Very Rare): Goliaths are rare in Lagatpulgoruz but sometimes outcasts join orc tribes where their strength is well valued
- Pauviel (Very Rare): Goliaths are rare in Pauviel due to the general lack of mountainous regions. What few there are are concentrated in the north west
- Theder (Very Rare): Goliaths are not common in Theder, and they are even more rare south of Vandekirk. Most live in or around the Barrier Mountains
- Thorne (Rare): There are several Goliaths towns scattered across the Barrier Mountains, where they're less likely to be disturbed by outsiders
