- The Hag Wranglers were tasked with curing a blight in Westport and Nightwick, here they found and defeated two members of The Wives of Night
- On reaching Lancetide to find the last hag, the party were sought out by Aeon Darknight who told them about a cult who were trying to raise an elder god alongside the hags. He asked them to break into a vault and steal an amulet central to the cult's plans
- The party found the amulet but were double crossed. Aeon Darknight and Auntie May attacked them and stole the amulet, both being members of the cult
- The party were arrested and released on condition that they chase down The Hand of Katuasakona and stop them raising their elder god
- They gave chase and followed the cult to the island of Lehen Kartzela in The Plane of Water, here they battled Aeon and Auntie May and broke the ritual
- The remaining members of the cult have been arrested and are standing trial
A cult based in Lancetide had been working with a coven of hags to raise an elder god – Katuasakona. They were creating an air of misery across the coast to prepare for the summoning, and used The Hag Wranglers to get a final artefact that they needed to perform the ritual.
The Hand of Katuasakona was chased to the island of Lehen Kartzela and defeated by The Hag Wranglers before their ritual was complete.
