Ferin is the proprietor and barman of The Sea Hag in Westport. He's a kindly older dwarf with a long grey beard which flows over his round belly and is tucked into his belt. He has a gruff voice with the weathered hands and tattoos of an ex-sailor.
Ferin has been running The Sea Hag for over 100 years.
In Goldleaf 549UN (4147), Ferin hosted The Hag Wranglers in his tavern for a short period.
