Session 15

TIME TO BEAT UP SOME PEEPS.

Vikta to Kenji a message: Hey, wake up, a fight is going on. The “homie” aka sibling from another family. Lol Found family ™.

Stan-the-man tries to make the others back down. Kenji tries to help calm it down as well.

“Give us the girl.”

Vikta: I give them 5 seconds to stand down. Or we wreck their shit. They want the girl they come through us. Vikta gives 0 shits about wrecking the adults lives. They’ll spare the kiddos. But not the adults.

Dunal holds up his shield as the others exit Madam Eva’s tent.

The men start to stand down...with Kenji’s convincing roll--however, the party is suspecting them of possible being able and wanting to pull a trick.

The party gets the siblings in the wagon and is prepped to attack if need be. Sheva, Irena, and Ismark are in a wagon with Vikta who tells them to keep quiet. The rest of the party are keeping an eye on this particular wagon. The other non-friendly Vestani are watching.

Time that has passed: Week 2, Currently 3-4ish am

A great waterfall spills mist in this grassy knoll area. This is where we will camp. Kenji asks Stan about the issue...things stay quite mysterious.

The party goes into resting. Vikta intends to take a long--er rest. Restoring them to full capacity. We wake to the rushing waterfall and birds. The area brightens a little--but not as much as one would see if SUN was able to reach through the clouds.

Time that has passed: Week 2, Currently 9-10ish am

Kenji wants a bath? The falls are open to bathing.

Kenji, Ember, Dunal, and Yozsu bathe--not caring about nudity.

Vikta does a little cleaning but doesn’t take a full nude bath--self conscious even if this isn’t there body.

The party knows a little too much about each other now. Dunal doesn’t look or sneak peeks. Vikta is purely because she’s keeping a cautious eye out for danger for her party.

Party spots Embers chest and back scar… near her heart.

Strange that this area is in wintery… but uhhhh Alshedire was summer… very drastic change.

Yozsu comforts Vikta about the cold--while still in the nude. Vikta is blushing is it nudity? Is it the near panic attack at the ice cold water? Who knows!

The party dresses and head to breakfast. Ember speaks with Leo about things, “When you’re ready to talk about how you became like this and your life before...I’ll be ready to listen.”

Leo shares his story. He took a horse and went to a witch. He tried to out cast a witch. It ended badly. She had her fun with him. Sending him to fly back to where he came from...turning him into the raven. On his way back he became tired...he fell from the sky--someone took him to Lord Branford… and then to Petey…

Ember promises vengeance/help with the Witch for Leo. “Favors, for favors.” It is very serious to lay a curse...so this witch truly needs to suffer.

We can hear weary pained groans from down the bridge.Ember spots him and he appears human, late 20’s commoners clothing and dire straits--holding his arm… dirty and bloody.

Party shares a sigh, Dunal and Ember are volunteered as tribute.

Monsters beyond the fog--ripping things (and people to shreds). Sounds like undead from how he is talking. The wound is infected, Vikta realizes...that bites you become infected...this man seems to have a scratch 3 days old, that is a lost cause...normally its bites that cause infection not scratches this is unique. 

Vikta explains about his limited time. Vikta feels energy rush their body, feeling an arcane like feeling grow in her hand--and hears her patron in her ear… “Do it.” She blasts the man with eldritch blast. Killing him.

Stanamere looks up, at the dead, at back at Vikta and then goes back to his food shaking his head. The party tries to figure out if Vikta was being controlled, Vikta bluffs it away, as those they were in control.

Vikta loots him, keeping up the pretense that everything is fiiiine. They did “not” enjoy ending an undead to be… nope not at all…Gargoyles… FUCKING GARGOYLES?!?!

Dunal makes progress with his gods--except the soul doesn’t make it out of barovia… DAMN.

The man rises from the dead. FUCK IT. BURN THE BASTARD.

Kenji is caught in its grasp, Vikta lashes out with fire--face full of disgust and something else something dark.

Ember lights it up with burning hands. This zombie is goin down. Ember eviscerates the bastard.

We get moving again, Stan believes its best we moooove fast. We come to a split in the road.

Time that has passed: Week 2, Currently 5pm

We keep moving as fast as we can.Along the town walls, there are wolves' heads on pikes. This place is unfriendly and tensions are hiiiiiiiigh. Everyone is wearing wolf something or another...interesting people...apparently wolves are quite a commodity. 

These people do not like what they are doing...trainees are disliking this.

We make our way to the general store. Held by a middle aged married couple. We all carefully walk in unsure of this town. The stock yard is the name of this store.

Walls have a few shelves with arrows bundled--and other projectiles. Others, backpacks, barrels, bedrolls, ball bearings, block and tackles and the like.

Yozsu buys plants, Kenji Buys a bell, Vikta a potion of healing.

The Beveled Edge shop--inside is a older large human man. Blacksmith.

Kenji wants ammo for the flintlock--the man is startled and has never see this thing before!

Kenji--single handedly bringing Barovia guns. XD

Dunal is caught up with someone who wants to talk about religion. ;)

Vikta follows the group, while reading Grimmlocks Arcana Academia.

Dunal is seriously being grilled for religious knowledge and information on the church. He gets to go to the church.
