Zulie is a human female. She has very short blue hair with silver water drop earrings on each side and blue eyes. Her primary outfit consists of a blue neck-high breastplate adorned with blue-green wild peacock feathers around the neck. She wears fingerless gauntlets and dark blue corset waist with a silver buckle & detailing; bare arms with very small shoulder guard. skintight black leather leggings underneath. Around the front of her waist drapes a blue tabard with a water symbol; she wears silver armored knee-high boots. She wields dual blades during battle. Zulie is a Dragoon. Dragoon is the Knight of the Dragon who is chosen by fate to "rule over Dragons", as Rose the Dark Dragoon says. The essence of a dragon's soul was given to each dragoon in the form of their Dragoon Spirits
