Neptril is a Merfolk town north of Riefafa. While technically independent, the merfolk of Neptril do depend on the tritons of Coralan for protection. The tritons in turn depend heavily on the merfolk for various agricultural products.
The current leader is Wavesinger Jadora Razun.
The merfolk are largely agrarian, tending to large undersea fields of many different plants such as purslane, salicornia, and kelp. The merfolk also tend large schools of fish which gives them their nickname, Shepherds of Sea. All of these agricultural products are used by the merfolk, and the excess is traded to the tritons of Coralan.
