Jadora Razun is the leader of the merfolk village of Neptril. The traditional title of Wavesinger was given to her quite a young age when she took over the leadership role after her mother disappeared.
While gentle and carefree, Jadora is also incredibly dedicated to ensuring the safety of her people, holding herself to a high standard.
