The glacier became the final resting place of a black dragon. It has been encased in the ice for some time until it was discovered by a tribe of kobolds. Under the leadership of Dar, the kobolds slowly removed the dragon from its icy tomb. They were accosted by a group of goblins led by an orc shaman. They held their own against the goblin invaders, successfully using traps and bows to keep the goblins at bay. Klun'Ragthroknaar arrived as additional goblin reinforcements had gotten into the vicinity. Klun'Ragthroknaar successfully routed the goblins and the orc shaman.
The kobolds completed their work and got the dragon's body down into their caverns below. Klun'Ragthroknaar decided to establish a base of operations in the caverns.
