Narvarax was a brutal but disciplined arsonist-smuggler, someone who used fire to carry out his will and intimidate others into doing what he wanted. He ran the Cinder Crew like a mix of a demolition outfit and a black-market courier service: burning out rivals, clearing traps, sabotaging guard posts, and creating fiery distractions to enable smuggling runs. He kept the crew in line through sharp planning, charisma, and a reputation for being the only one who could burn something down cleanly without getting caught. His death created a vacuum that split the Crew into factions.
Rumors have it that he was murdered, possibly by one of his own crew.
