Tavern made out of an old riverboat. It is moored to the end of one of the busy docks. The upper deck is the bar, and below deck there are a number of small berths for rent. Quincy is a friendly human, almost as short as a dwarf with long dark hair, and only a few fingers on each hand. It doesn’t seem to bother him much as he deftly dries glasses and slides drinks to his patrons. His specialty is vagabuns, a biscuit filled with spiced meat. Also has the Emperor’s Mulligan, a hearty stew.
