The Eternal Instant is a pocket dimension, a place between realms with its own laws and structure. It mostly consists of one large floating island, upon which are constructed several facilities that serve as headquarters of The Fatebound. There are several other floating islands in the distance, mostly uninhabited. Clouds of varying levels of darkness fill the horizon, as well as the sky both above and below. The weather exhibited by these clouds changes from time to time, but the lighting is always either a late dusk or early dawn. There's no sign of a sun. Often, images will appear in the sky of various locations in Western Eochora, usually major cities or landmarks. Members of the Fatebound use these hazy images as methods of transportation to and from this dimension.
One unique property of this dimension is that all objects have a very low terminal velocity, and it has wrapping boundaries. If someone were to fall off one of the floating islands, they would slowly fall into the clouds below, at which point they would reappear and emerge from the clouds above, gently falling down until they land back on the main island, or one of the smaller ones.
