Leonio is a large human coinlord always wearing a couple of magical artifacts. He runs Estense University, the most renowned school of artificery and magical invention in western Eochora. He deeply cares for his students (at least the ones who have paid their tuition). He highly values all information and despises theft of any form. Few in Estaria know more languages than Leonio. He has tried and failed to secure funding and real estate to build a second school in Hezhane. He and Gold Igor Miramare a close friends, and they both distrust Gold Ciro Perla.
