The snake-people of Casgalias believe themselves to be superior to all other races, and the less contact they have with the rest of the world, the happier they are. The only outsiders they allow in their enormous, elaborate citadels are Swamptongues, and even they are restricted to specially designated districts. As a result, almost no one knows what goes on inside the naga temples, and what their plans or goals may be. Occasionally, naga spies will show up in various nations across the world, but they are quick to kill themselves before anyone can get any information out of them.
