Tian has deciphered part I of the Cost of Divinity, instructions on making a legendary potion that reportedly grants the power of the gods. This section instructs him to find an artifact located deep within the tallest mountain of The Ice-Crowned Range, an artifact capable of holding the power of the god. Creatures and natural hazards have kept this artifact hidden for millenia, but Tian is not alone in his interest to acquire this powerful artifact. The Fatebound would rather see it in the hands of one of its members than any other faction, and so all these threats must be confronted to bring it back to the Eternal Instant.
