Strange portals are popping up around the countryside of The Estarian Sanctuary. Despite the many rumors circulating around them, facts have been few and far between. Sybil Khaleni, a friend of Niel Silanmiere, thinks the portals might have some connection to the strange magic that affects him. The Estarian government has forbidden any without express permission from entering the area with the portals, but that won't stop Sybil from hiring a crew from the Fatebound to discover the truth that Estaria supposedly wants to remain hidden. She doesn't have gold to offer for reward, but rather a collection of strange and unusual artifacts.
