Urstul Floxin was a high-ranking member of the Zhentarim in Waterdeep. While he survived the initial encounter with Dalakhar over the Stone of Golorr, he died in what came to be known as the Gralhund Villa Bloodbath. Members of the party witnessed his death by some remote magical means.
