Created through the reality-bending magic of the Deck of Many Things, Mileena's draw from the deck created the ebony fortress risen out of the ashes of the scarred and desolated No Man's land. Previously inhabited by a host of demons and abyssal fiends, it was reclaimed by the legendary hero Mileena, to then be lost upon her death at the hands of Radley Addington.
