Mad-Eye Marley

A vicious kobold with a lazy eye and a pension for gold. Mad-Eye Marley controls the scale clan syndicate which operates from raiders isle, which has grown presences in many other cities across Tolria. Pragmatic and diplomatic, Mad-Eye is a fair ruler unless angered or provoked by his subordinates. His lavish and extravagant parties are noted to be of a particular caliber of their own. Was succeded by Chadwick and later the twins Timmy and Tubby who learned under Mad-Eye for a time.
