Captain Inlen was a once failed pirate captain with his reputation tarnished after suffering a disastrous defeat at the hands of the Bastilian Royal Navy, losing the trust and respect of his crew. After being confronted by the party whilst drinking at a local Scodan pub, Inlen was recruited to help find a rumored shipwrecked vessel and old jewel of the Bastilian navy to once again take upon the seas with. After finding the ship, Inlen pledged his service as a ship captain to the party, and ultimately met his demise attempting to aide the fleeing party off the coast of Blackrock by picking off Blackwatch legion patrols with his mounted Ballistae before being riddled with crossbow bolts himself in an epic last stand.
