Employed in the effort to hunt down the party, Jorgan Black Sparrow was a bounty hunter working out of the Voleskan chapter of the Myriad guild. Running a solid score of completed hunts, Jorgan has grown extremely proficient and deadly with his hand-held crossbows, rumored to be able to shoot the wings off a fly.
