Operating out of the less restricted Myriad guild chapter in Zubar, Charon was able to operate above the law in many senses. KIlling his bounties indiscriminately and regardless of investor preference, he is widely known as an effective but overwhelmingly brutal hunter. Opting to bring in his 'prey' dead rather than alive, it is rumored that Charon is the fallen brother of Azrael the Celestial and both apart of a long lineage of fallen celestials.
