Rahm was an orcish quartermaster for the free city of Volesk for a time before being denounced by the populace of the city regarding a scandal in which Rahm ordered a hit carried out on the party against the people's wishes as they viewed the party as heroes. Rahm was a racist orc who hated all manner of 'small folk' including, but not limited to halflings, gnomes, and goblins.
