Bastard spawn of the lower city populace in Volesk, Hubert was a halfling cleptomaniac with questionable intelligence. After being captured by Petrick Crane after Huberts imprisonment in the dungeons of Alpia, he was summarily tortured and killed before being turned into a mindless Ghoul.
