Winged Transformation - Broom - Levitation
As far as Flight goes, she has multiple ways to achieve this - by transforming into a Murkrow, summoning wings from her transformation cloak, using a levitating broom, or simply by levitating herself. However, each instance has different rules by which they can be used, and how well she can pull them off.
She primarily relies on her own physical ability to fly - or rather, using a pair of wings. When it comes to winged flight, whether it be through full or partial transformations, she has no real limitations to how long she can stay in the air - she can fly so long as her wings remain able to keep her airborne. However, should they be damaged or her transformation forced to break, she will drop like a stone.
When it comes to magical flight like levitation, she can only keep it up for 5-10 minutes or so max, depending on how much of her mana reserves it eats up. And it eats up her reserves fast. She cannot keep that up in the long term. If she’s forced to levitate, she’ll typically only do so in short bursts, like hopping from one rooftop to another. She cannot go very high or very far, and needs physical objects nearby to catch herself or boost herself up. Levitation is her last resort and her least favorite method of flight, due to it’s short time limit. She is however, very agile when levitating, and is a slippery bastard so long as distance is maintained between her and anything that may be chasing her. This form of flight is a type of Wind Manipulation, as detailed below.
If she’s using the broom, she’ll remain airborne for however long is using the object - but will be forced to fly under her own power should she no longer be seated on it. Much like riding a bike or driving a car, the broom is not capable of making tight turns on a dime at high speeds.
She’s almost always going to rely on being a Murkrow to fly - it’s her best option for being stealthy and travelling a long distance. But she isn’t against using a small burst of levitation to reach something on a high shelf, if the option is available.
