anyways, Tomoe! Tomoe is.... was?... still is??... a researcher and archivist under Rocket's employ. 'is/was/still is', being... they have not heard hide nor hair from her in over 20 years, after sending her off to research some old ruins in Galar, to gain information regarding some promising leads regarding pokemon and the psychic abilities in humans, and seeing if there is enough there for a proper expedition. but she's resurfaced now! even if the heirarchy in Rocket has changed hands, she is a Rocket none-the-less.

and boy oh boy, does she have some information to bring back!

GHOST? Tomoe is a flat-out ghost, not just a ghost-type. She is not a ghost naturally - it is entirely a status due to a curse. Since she is essentially in limbo, it is currently unknown if her condition is reversible or not. She manifests in what appears to be the form of a Runerigus, and will be treated as such where being a pokemon might matter.
