The Rhulaac Toch are one of the clans that make up the Marguul clans. They are relatively nomadic, roving the territory between Ghaal'tash and Port Grell, with a semi-permanent headquarters at the source of the Torlaac River within the Seawall Mountains. Their war chief is Theddan, who has some respect for Lhesh Haruuc Shaarat'kor because he has proven himself to be fair towards the guul'dar, but he is suspicious that eventually Darguun will follow in their ancestors footsteps and seek to oppress them.
